OPAL works in partnership with many organisations who share a common goal of creating better play for all children.

OPAL wrote the National Trust‘s ‘Design Brief for Play’: a strategic document for all properties on how to improve the play offer for families and children.

OPAL has provided play design and delivery training for many NT property staff.

OPAL has worked with Bristol City Council designing most of the city’s Early Years Excellence Centres’ outdoor play and learning environments and providing training workshops.

OPAL is currently working with the Football Association FA Elite Academy, providing training at St George’s Park for staff of Premier Division Academies on play theory and practice.

OPAL was commissioned by the NHS/Public Health Directorship for Bath and North East Somerset to provide the OPAL Primary Programme in schools to increase pupil well-being and activity.

OPAL’s Neil Coleman is advisor to the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on A Fit and Health Childhood. The group includes MPs from all parties and issues policy advice reports and recommendations
