Amy Campbell

Amy is an award-winning cultural producer, playworker, arts educator and community organiser with over 15 year’s experience of using play within arts, social justice, early years, healthcare and creative education.

As the founder of The Parakeet Studio, she specialises in creating large-scale, child-centred art and play projects that recognise children’s autonomy as artists, makers, and designers. This approach encourages them to freely explore their imaginative ideas through playful exploration and enquiry.

Amy earned a distinction from the Centre for Research in Early Childhood (CREC) Master of Arts in Education (Early Years). In addition, she's a TEDx speaker, consultant, Mum of 3 and Chair of Bearwood Community Hub.
